Please watch the SmartShoot Calendar Sync video to ensure your calendar is sync'd properly.
Here are some common issues and solutions:
- Make sure the events are marked as "Busy" and not "free" in the event details. This is the most common issue.
- If you created a recurring event in your calendar, and the event is no longer showing on SmartShoot, you may need to delete it and create a new recurring event. We recommend doing this every 60 days.
- Unsync and Resync your calendar. This usually fixes any issues.
- Confirm you have checked/selected all the sub calendars you want to sync on SmartShoot. You can have multiple sub calendars, but only one calendar account can be linked to your SmartShoot account. You can review tips on syncing sub calendars at timecode 1:20 on the Sync Video
- All required account info must be entered: phone number, address (select from the google drop menu when entering), etc.
- Confirm your calendar matches what is shown on the SmartShoot Home page.
