To update a project, click "Update Project" and select any of the "What's happening" options.
Set appointment date: You can change or remove a date by using the first box with the calendar icon. If the shoot did not happen, remove the date!
Left message and Client not ready, Call back later: Use these to leave notes about ANY scheduling attempts and set a Follow-up number of days. This will properly update your projects on your Tasks-Due page and prevent projects from being "late."
Send Message: Send a Message to SmartShoot if you need any assistance. Feel free to use this for any important notes, but do not use this for scheduling attempt notes.
Increase scope request: Let us know if the project scope needs to be changed - Increase or decreased. Using this tool helps us prioritize the request so that we can assist as soon as possible. Always wait for a change before you upload. REMINDER: Not all projects are eligible for a scope change. Please check the project Style Guide and/or any project emails to make sure the project is eligible for a scope change.
I need to be removed: Let us know if you are not able to do a project and ask to be removed. We understand emergencies happen, but please let us know as soon as possible.
Client wants to cancel: Let us know if the project needs to be cancelled.
