Please clarify with the client and ask them if they would like to reschedule or cancel the project completely.
To cancel or reschedule a project, click "Update Project" and select one of the "What's happening" options.
To reschedule, select "Change appointment date." You can change the date or just remove it if you are awaiting to hear back from the client.
If the client wants to cancel and does not want to reschedule, select "Client wants to cancel." This will cancel the project completely.
