When canceling, rescheduling, or unscheduling, you can add notes and request a cancellation fee. All onsite cancellations must be reported the same day with proof to qualify for late fees.

Their contact info can be found in your SmartShoot project as well as in your confirmation email. If you don’t get a response, please wait 20 minutes before leaving and update the project immediately.
