2. Claim Only What You Can Commit To – Only accept jobs if you're fully available on the scheduled date and time.
3. Reach Out Early – Contact the client within 24 hours of assignment to address any issues and ensure they’re prepared. 
4. Reconfirm Ahead of Time – Double-check with the client 48 hours before the session to prevent last-minute surprises
   1. Leave a voicemail and send a follow-up text message (or email if no mobile number is provided) letting them know you will be arriving at the date/time to shoot x number of menu items.
   2. Plan on going to the shoot unless you hear otherwise from the restaurant or SmartShoot.
5. Check-In On Arrival – Let us know when you arrive onsite so we can assist with any escalations and keep appointments running smoothly.

No Last-Minute Reschedules – Avoid rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment to prevent delays and inconveniences. Never reschedule without speaking/confirming with the client.
