Unscheduled Job Offers
If you receive an unscheduled job offer or claim one from the Job Map, you must proactively engage with the client straight away! Follow these best practices for scheduling SmartShoot jobs:
- Make 5 calls in 5 days - Calling as soon as you claim the job increases the odds of reaching the point of contact. We ask that you make a minimum of 5 contact attempts within 5 days of accepting any job offer.
- Log every call - Update the project and select “left message” or “client not ready - call back later” to log calls in the project feed.
- Confirm appointment within 2 weeks - Completing the photoshoot allows restaurants to go live sooner. Aim to schedule the photo shoot and complete the job shoot within 2 weeks of claiming.
- Flag issues & unresponsive clients - Use the “Client Unresponsive - 5+ attempts” button if you’ve completed calls. Not interested/already have photos, please select “Client wants to cancel entire project” and leave notes so we can close the project.
To help, we are also emailing/texting the restaurants to schedule and remind them about appointments. Scheduling success will increase the number of jobs we can offer, and updating/logging your calls improves your access to jobs.
